The firm of Dignan & Hanrahan Solitiors & Attorneys was established in 1968 by Paul Dignan and was joined by Bruce Hanrahan in 1982. David Duncombe joined the firm in 1994.

In addition to acting on behalf of private individuals, the practice now has an established client base involving medium to small business clients, licensed Clubs and other organizations.
